These Terms govern the sale of goods through this website to customers (consumers) at a distance and are subject to the Civil Code of the Republic of Armenia and the Law of the Republic of Armenia "On Protection of Consumers' Rights".

2. Eligibility and Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old to place an order. When you create an account or place an order, you agree to provide accurate, current and complete information.

You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity under your account. Please let us know immediately if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

3. Products and Prices

We make every effort to describe and photograph our products accurately. Flowers and plants are natural products, so colours, sizes and shapes may vary slightly from the photos.

All prices are shown in Armenian drams (AMD) and include all applicable taxes. The delivery fee, if any, is shown separately before you place your order. The price of an order is fixed at the moment the order is placed.

Substitutions

Due to seasonality and availability, we may replace some flowers, vases or accessories with items of equal or greater value and similar style, keeping the overall look and colour palette of the arrangement. If a substitution would significantly change the product you ordered, we will contact you first and you may choose a replacement or cancel the order with a full refund.

4. Placing an Order

The product information on this website is an invitation to make an offer. By placing an order you make an offer to buy the selected products. The contract of sale is concluded when we confirm your order (by email, SMS, phone or messenger). We may decline an order, for example if a product is unavailable or we cannot deliver to the requested address; in that case any amount paid will be refunded in full.

5. Payment

Payment is made online by bank card or other methods available at checkout. Payments are processed by licensed payment service providers; we do not receive or store your full card details.

6. Delivery and Pick-Up

We deliver within the areas and time slots shown at checkout. If we cannot deliver within the agreed time slot for reasons within our control, we will contact you to agree on a new time or refund the order at your choice.

Please make sure the recipient's name, address and phone number are correct. If the recipient cannot be reached at the agreed time, we may leave the order with a person at the address, arrange a new delivery (an additional fee may apply), or keep the order for pick-up. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect information provided by you.

If you choose pick-up, please collect your order at the selected time. Fresh products that are not collected may lose their quality.

7. Cancellation Before Delivery

You may cancel your order free of charge before we start preparing it. Because arrangements are made specifically for each order, once preparation has started we may keep the reasonable costs actually incurred and refund the rest.

8. Quality Complaints and Returns

If a product is of inadequate quality (for example, damaged, wilted or different from the order), you have the rights provided by the Law of the Republic of Armenia "On Protection of Consumers' Rights", including replacement of the product, a price reduction or a refund.

Because flowers are perishable, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery, preferably on the same day, and send a photo of the product. This helps us check and resolve the issue quickly; it does not limit your legal rights.

Fresh flowers and plants of proper quality are perishable goods and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are defective. Non-perishable goods of proper quality (such as vases, toys or gift items) may be exchanged or returned within 14 days of receipt, not counting the day of purchase, provided they have not been used and their packaging, labels and proof of purchase are kept, in accordance with the law.

Refunds are made to the original payment method within the time required by law.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, photos, graphics, logos and designs, belongs to or is licensed to test and is protected by the legislation of the Republic of Armenia on copyright and related rights. You may not copy or use it without our written permission.

10. Reviews and Submissions

If you send us reviews, comments or photos, you confirm that you have the right to share them and you allow us to publish them on our website and social media. You must not submit content that is unlawful, offensive or that infringes the rights of others. We may remove any content at our discretion.

11. Marketing Messages

We send news and special offers by email, SMS or messengers only if you have given separate consent. You can withdraw this consent at any time by using the unsubscribe link in the message or by contacting us. You will still receive messages about your orders.

12. Liability

We are liable for the proper performance of your order in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Armenia. We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control (force majeure), such as natural disasters, extreme weather, road closures or actions of public authorities. Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any rights you have as a consumer under the law.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version is published on this page with a new "last updated" date. Each order is governed by the Terms in force at the time the order was placed.

14. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the legislation of the Republic of Armenia. Please contact us first so we can try to resolve any complaint quickly and amicably. If we cannot resolve it, the dispute will be considered by the competent court of the Republic of Armenia. This does not affect your right to apply to the competent state authorities for the protection of consumers' rights.
